• Early assistance with gap analysis of your current state, and assistance with understanding how to best utilize BDM applications in order to define a future state that will enhance your daily operations and deliver the best patient care. We know we’re not just designing your system to meet today’s needs, so we configure the system based on how you’ve identified your future state.
• Support during the implementation that includes database build as well as developing and executing test cases for unit and integration testing, developing end-user training material and, if required, conducting end-user training.
• Post-live support with database maintenance and periodic training review sessions.
